As 4th generation farmers, our products are carefully nurtured, skillfully tended and processed in small batches. From Mangalitsa pork fattened on crab apples to locally grown cold-pressed canola oil, our products offer a unique taste of the prairies.

Our ketchup starts with fresh, full-flavoured, garden-grown tomatoes. Harvested in the fall, half our garden ripe tomatoes get treated to a natural sour Lacto-fermentation, while the other half goes into a sweet koji-fermentation.
Once blended together, we have a beautifully rich Ketchup that is both naturally sweet and sour, thick and saucy.
No added sugar or sweeteners of any kind; no added acids or vinegar; no starches or thickeners. Just tomatoes, a bit of spice, and time.
As an alternative to mainstream ketchup, our no sugar added Newtonian Ketchup is loaded with all the benefits of naturally fermented goodness. It’s both kid-friendly and loved by kids, ours can’t get enough of it.
Hotdogs, french fries, macaroni and cheese, Newtonian Ketchup makes everything taste better [while still adhering to conventional physics].
