As 4th generation farmers, our products are carefully nurtured, skillfully tended and processed in small batches. From Mangalitsa pork fattened on crab apples to locally grown cold-pressed canola oil, our products offer a unique taste of the prairies.

This is a delicious alternative to using butter or oil as a cooking fat.
Just slice up a bit of the pancetta and slowly melt the fat in a frying pan. Our favourite place to use pancetta is in Carbonara. but you can use this for any dish that needs some fat!
